The Farm Table Inn has quickly gained a very strong reputation as an excellent restaurant for a Sunday Brunch that has WOWed both locals and tourists throughout the Cowichan Valley. Their dinner service is often sold out and the Thursday Prime Rib evening is popular throughout the whole of Vancouver Island! They are heavily supported by Tourism Cowichan and visitors to the Valley either stay at their lovely Bed and Breakfast or eat at the restaurant. OR BOTH!
The combination of literally fantastic service and brilliant food has created a new position for a Head Chef. The company is moving into both events and retail food sales. The video emphasizes our Bed and Breakfast experience, but we are totally also about our restaurant, the experience, the growing local, the creating local and the collaborating local.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Chef Owner to ensure the menu in this fine dining restaurant is always following new and tasty trends. The usual qualifications for a Head Chef including menu planning, costing, budgeting, kitchen staff supervision and more are all required. We are searching for a Red Seal Chef or comparative.
